When I shared the Weekly Rhythm Template, it sparked some great conversations including one thoughtful comment left on the blog last week:
“love this take on being intentional, wonder how those of us still in the working world could use this weekly rhythm too! Maybe it’s more like a monthly rhythm?”
That question stuck with me. And having had a week to ponder and reflect I realised something important; If I am serious about helping people live with greater intention, in all kinds of life situations, then I probably need to extend the tools we offer.
Maybe a Monthly Rhythm Template could help. Something a little broader, more flexible, a tool to guide your intentions over a longer stretch of time. Weekly rhythms shape your days, but monthly rhythms give direction and breathing space.
From there, another idea emerged:
What if we could track our longer-term goals more intentionally too?
That’s where the V2MOM Tracker comes in. Many of us have a few big goals (or BHAGs) we’re working toward — but without a way to keep them visible, they can quietly drift. The tracker offers a simple way to check in each month and ask:
“Which of my goals needs focus right now?”
So this blog is the first in a short series that maps out this process; not just the tools, but the mindset shift behind them.
